Rajasthan gets scanty rainfall because the state lies in the rain shadow region of the Aravali Range. The Aravali Range lie parallel to the Arabian Sea branch of South West Monsoon and do not offer any obstruction to the rain bearing winds.
Smallest diurnal range of temperature is experienced during July and August of about 9°C in the state. After the withdrawal of the monsoon the diurnal range of temperature increases. The diurnal range is greatest in November month.
Climate of Kerala is different from that of the other Indian States. Kerala being situated in the tropical zone, experiences the typical humid tropical climate. Meanwhile, its extreme eastern fringes experience a drier tropical wet and dry climate. Kerala receives an average annual rainfall of 3107 mm.

Monsoon, many would say, is a great time to visit Rajasthan. Temperatures drop and the rains make the state rather beautiful with green vegetation popping out in the desert terrain. July to September is a decent time to visit Rajasthan and we recommend places such as Bundi, Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Mount Abu, and Udaipur.
Jaipur is not too dangerous for foreigners, but the safety index makes you think about your safety when coming there. Architecture palaces complexes amaze even the most experienced traveler. The only concern might be numerous pickpockets since violent crime is very rare. Petty crimes like theft and armed robbery occur.

- Dal baati churma. This is the state's classic signature dish.
- Gatte ki subzi. Most of Rajasthani cusine came to fruition as a result of the arid conditions.

The area lies in the dry and dusty state of Rajasthan was covered in a layer of snow. The news is surprising people because as per the geographical location of the town, it rarely receives rainfall throughout the year. Locals of the area posted pictures of the snow-clad area on social media.
