Egret Tours Marina is in the same geographical location as Culter Park Reservation, on the shores of Kendrick Pond and the Charles River. It is known for its vast number of bird species, including several varieties of Great Egret.
Fast travel back to Home Plate (If you have it). Sleep for 1 hour. Fast travel back to Far Harbor, then go to Echo Lake Lumber. It should trigger the Shipbreaker quest.
Echo Lake Lumber is unlocked as a settlement after completing Turn Back the Fog. It has a large area, with huge amounts of wood, steel and concrete able to be scrapped from around the locale. After completing Living on the Edge, speak to Small Bertha. Head out to Echo Lake Lumber Mill (it's south of Eden Meadows Cinemas) and clear the ghouls in the area. To reach ghouls a floor above, use the locked blue door in the room.

Located in a trunk near the exit of Fort Hagen hangar. Can be purchased, or pickpocketed, from Isabel Cruz, if still alive, after completing Restoring Order.
The super sledgehammer is the best melee weapon in terms of damage and knockback effects. Though often rare, they are also the most valuable close combat weapon in the game.
The weapon cannot be upgraded or renamed at a workbench. The axe has an uncharacteristically low AP cost for a two-handed weapon. This weapon can be equipped by Strong.
Return to Richter afterward to turn in the quest. Upon speaking to Richter and completing the quest, he will reward you with the Atom's Judgement super sledge weapon. Atom's Judgement consists of radiation cores that can be seen glowing at the end of the hammerhead, contributing to its radiation damage.
