Spring Training practices are open to the public from the time players report up until the DAY BEFORE the first spring training game. Practices are generally held from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and admission is free.
There are two places you can mail in a request to get an autograph: The Team's Spring Training Clubhouse (preferred) – Players have a lot of downtime for a month, so this is a great best time for them to read through fan mail. Beat the rush of mail and send something in 2 weeks before practices begin.
Spring Training games are finally here, but good luck tuning in to watch the Phillies on TV. NBC Sports Philadelphia will air just 10 of the Phillies' 32 Grapefruit League games this season, down from 16 last season and 17 in 2018.
All teams practice and train prior to the spring training season starting as well as in between games. The pitchers and catchers usually report for first practices in mid-February, and the other position players report the following week.

Gates open for 1:05 p.m. Phillies Spring Training games at 10:35 a.m. Disabled seating is available all throughout the ballpark. Limited wheelchair seating is available through the ticket office in person or on the telephone. One companion seat is available for purchase with each wheelchair space.
Berm seating is located on the grassy area in front of the videoboard. Fans with berm tickets will not have access to the rest of McLane Stadium, and fans with reserved tickets will not have access into the Berm seating area.

PHILADELPHIA -- The Phillies announced their 2020 Spring Training schedule on Monday, and their Grapefruit League schedule runs from Feb. 22 through March 23. They open on the road on Feb. 22 against the Tigers in Lakeland, Fla.

Phillies players sign before the game for those gathered in section 118-120. In addition to being the spring home of the Phillies, Spectrum Field also hosts home games of the organization's Florida State League team, the Clearwater Threshers, and the BIG EAST Baseball Championship.
