People click on your Pin when they want to know more about your brand or content. When people save your Pin, you know you've created great content that people want to come back to and do more with in the future. Plus, each time someone saves your Pin their followers can see it too—which boosts your impressions.
There are a few explanations for why boards and pins can disappear from Pinterest. First, Pinterest may have suspended or deleted the account, either based on "spam" or pornography reports from other users or their own routines which are meant to catch misuse of Pinterest.
Go to your profile page by clicking on your name in the upper right corner of the page or on any of your posts. Right below "Soandso's Profile" is a grid of six buttons, one of which is Saved Recipes. Click on it to access your recipe list.

Pinterest has begun rolling out a new Pin format, which includes some minor functional tweaks, and separates each Pin element more specifically. The change is also aligned with Pinterest's updated business profile format, which it announced last month.
In general, your boards and pins are public and available to anyone viewing Pinterest.
One of the major problems with Pinterest (seriously!) is stolen pins. This happens when people go onto Pinterest, choose a pin they like, and change the url where the pin directs traffic. These stolen pins frequently redirect to spam sites.
Can I actually see who viewed my Pinterest profile? The answer to that question is NO, you can't. When you check who repinned your Pins, you can reach to the profiles of those people and see which boards they have, who they follow on Pinterest. That way you collect information about your audience interests.
Pinterest, like most apps with a search feature, saves your search queries to tailor search results for you. While this is a helpful feature, it can also slow down your device (or browser) after some time; fortunately, you can quickly clear your search history from within your account settings!
Pinterest does not offer anything to monitor or see your search history. However when you search something on Pinterest, those specific terms will be cached and remain available again when you search something.
While you can't completely hide your active account, you can use secret boards to keep all of your Pins hidden from other people. Only you can view your own secret boards (unless you invite another person). For extra privacy, you can change your name or use secret boards to keep your Pins hidden from others.
