Go to your new world folder, go to the db folder, paste the contents from the old db folder into the new. Open Minecraft, go to worlds (the world should still be called “My World”, you can edit it later).
On PC/Mac versions of Minecraft, you only need to copy your world folders somewhere else, such as to an external drive or another folder on the same computer. On Windows 10, you can find your local Minecraft saves at C:\Users\ (your username)\ AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\.
