Another great place to farm Grave Moss is Razorfen Downs. There is roughly 4 nodes that spawn in Razorfen Downs. You might have a slight bit of difficulty reaching some the spawns if you are not a rogue though.
Fadelead requires 150 skill points in herbalism to gather and is most likely to be found under bushes and near other plants, so zones with plenty of vegetation is the place to be to farm Fadeleaf. Zones that yields to most Fadeleaf would be Dustwallow Marsh followed by Stranglethorn and Arathi Highlands.
Fadeleaf grows all over Arathi Highlands. In Swamp of Sorrows, it's found in the same areas as Blindweed, west of Sunken Temple, with more of it concentrated in the eastern 1/3 of the zone.

Swiftthistle is an herb that can be gathered by those with herbalism. Swiftthistle is not gathered in independent nodes, but instead piggybacks on Briarthorn and Mageroyal. It is also rarely dropped by a number of mobs.
It is used for a few potions, primarily the Flask of the Titans. Flask of the Titans is used by high end raiding guilds on their tanks, and is widely sought after. It can also be used to make Elixir of Giants and Major Troll's Blood Potions, which are useful for DPS classes end game.
Firebloom is a Herb that can be gathered by Herbalists. Requires 205 Herbalism. Firebloom grows in particularly hot southern areas of Tanaris and is used by the ogres there to spice up their otherwise bland meals.
Here is the Short Answer: Black Lotus can only be found in the following zones: Winterspring, Burning Steppes, Eastern Plaguelands and Silithus. It appears at fixed locations in these zones, so farming it can prove difficult sometimes, since the spots are frequently occupied by other herbalists.
The best locations for Dreamfoil farming in Classic WoW are Azshara and Un'goro Crater, along with most of the end game zones like the Plaguelands, Burning Steppes and Silithus.
Is needed for Gift of Arthas which requires (240) Alchemy which is quite useful in PVP against Warlocks and Priests. Arthas' Tears is also needed for the Paladin Epic Mount quest, 10 of them to be exact.
The best place to farm Mountain Silversage is in Winterspring. It has the most nodes by far. Simply circle the outer edge of the zone along the mountains. You should be able to find a lot of this with or without an epic flying mount, although a fast ground mount is a must.
Icecap is a herb that requires a herbalist to be 270 to gather and can only be found at Winterspring. Although Icecap enjoys the cold weather, it cannot be found anywhere else with snow. So head over to Winterspring to farm Icecap.

The single best place to farm Stranglekelp is Thousand Needles, they are literally all over the place underwater and the only aggressive mob you will find are the Remora Scroungers.
Blasted lands is the best place to farm gromsblood if thats all that you need. I usually get around 10-15 per circle of the lands, then wait a good five minutes and do it again. There is also little opposition there so the herbs are never picked and no opposing factor.
Comment by MaybellineRemember, Purple Lotus grows around ruins/buildings. The whole area in and around Eldarath is covered in ruins. On a side note, the Lotus is used in the creation of Lesser Mana Oil. You can do quite a bit of leveling in Enchanting (250+) with it, a bit of Dream Dust and Crystal Vials.
