Re: My Paypal Balance option is not showing
If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller with a card then it won't go back to your paypal balance. Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your card.If you don't have enough money in your Paypal account, then the money will come out of your back up funding source either your bank account or credit card. No need to transfer money into your account.
To check your PayPal balance, all you need to do is log into your account. You'll find your PayPal balance on the left side of your main account page on the website, or on the primary account screen in the mobile app. But in order to carry a balance, you will need to have a Cash or Cash Plus account (most people do).
Look to the right of the email addresses in the column that says "Status." This will tell you which email address is the "Primary" address. Use this any time you are asked for a PayPal account number.
If someone sends funds from their bank account, it can take 2 to 3 days to be processed. If the wrong email address is used, the funds go unclaimed and will be returned to the sender after 30 days. If your account is not verified, PayPal can hold the funds up to 21 days.

More often than not, a 'pending' payment is the result of a PayPal account that has not been fully verified. When you set up a new PayPal account ensure you follow all the steps and verify your account correctly. You will not be able to accept payments until you have confirmed your email address.
Currently, the only way to get cash from a PayPal account is to either transfer it to a bank account or use a PayPal Business Debit Card at an ATM. Now, users will be able to log into the PayPal mobile apps and request a cardless withdrawal from an FIS ATM near them.
You need to have a credit card or confirmed bank account with PayPal before you can send any payments. You can however, still receive payments. PayPal is like a bank, you need a source of funds, before you can buy anything. You may want to consider opening a checking account or sign up for a credit card.

You can use your PayPal Cash Card at more than 85,000 retail locations nationwide to load cash to your PayPal Cash Plus account including CVS, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Rite Aid, 7-Eleven, Walgreens and Wal-Mart. The clerk will swipe your card at the terminal to load funds to your account.
Prepaid cards: For one-time purchases, some Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express prepaid gift cards will work. Other prepaid debit cards that you use as a substitute for checking accounts often do not work. Limits on linking: You can only link a debit card to one PayPal account.
Android/iOS: PayPal may be a decent way to transfer money online, but if you use cash, PayPal doesn't exactly have a local branch you can deposit money at. Until now. They scan the code, and you can then hand over your cash to be deposited into your PayPal account.
