- Attack with Quick Hit or Attack if you are out of MP.
- If Dark Anima uses Attack on Rikku and she doesn't have Curseproof, use a Holy Water on her to cure Curse.
- If Dark Anima uses Pain, bring the victim back with Full-Life.
To unlock the Nemesis fight, you will need to capture 10 of each fiend in the game, and then defeat each fiend in the Area Conquest, Species Conquest, and Original sections of the monster arena at least once. To capture fiends, you need to buy weapons with the "capture" trait from the Monster Arena owner.

Mushroom Rock. The initial section of Mushroom Rock Road (??, Iruguchi?, lit. Entrance), this cliffside area connects directly to the Mi'ihen Highroad. The path forks here; the left trail leads towards the summit of Mushroom Rock Road, and the right trail leads to Mushroom Rock Road and Djose beyond.
Penance is the most powerful superboss in the PAL, International, and HD Remaster versions of Final Fantasy X. It is located in the Calm Lands, but fought on the deck of the airship alongside Left Arm and Right Arm. After all Dark Aeons are defeated, a scene will show that Penance is above the Calm Lands.
Obtaining Anima
You need to travel to Baaj Temple and unlock the Chamber of the Fayth at the back of the temple in order to obtain Anima. Baaj Temple is a hidden location that can be found by using the search command while looking at the world map on the Airship.The Magus Sisters' Delta Attack. To launch their Overdrive, Delta Attack, each sister's bar must be full, and the command "Combine powers!" selected. Delta Attack is Strength-based, but its damage is neither physical nor magical (and thus cannot be mitigated with Shell/Protect).
Young Seymour and his mother as a memory created by pyreflies. Seymour's mother is found at the Baaj Temple as the fayth of the aeon Anima. Seymour would not return for his mother's fayth until he was twenty-five.
The starting price for Yojimbo is then set to 250,000 Gil. When you make your offer, though, suggest 125,001 Gil as the price instead. This will lower the actual asking price to 225,000 Gil, at which point you should counter with a new offer of 125,002. The new offer you'll receive is 205,000 Gil.
In order to get Yojimbo to attack, you need to pay him at least 1 gil per turn. If you pay him 0 gil, he'll get angry (more on that in later chapters) and dismiss himself.
For starters you must first visit the Remiem Temple to participate in a Chocobo race. Win this and you'll be rewarded with the Cloudy Mirror. Next, head for Macalania Woods. Talk to the mother and child there, they will tell you that their husband/father is missing.
To obtain the magus sisters you have to get two items, which are the Flower Scepter and the Blossom Crown. To get the Blossom Crown, you must capture all the types of fiends on Mt. Gagazet and then return to the Monster arena in the Calm Lands. Talk to the person there, and he will reward you with the Blossom Crown.
With regards to the Magus Sisters, you need to have the 2 FLOWER-related items (Flower Sceptre and Blossom Crown) plus the 2 optional aeons (Anima and Yojimbo). Ladies and gentlemen of the jury.

Final Fantasy X
At maximum power, its abilities are Break Damage Limit, Triple Overdrive, Double AP, and One MP Cost. It allows the aeon Valefor to break the 9,999 damage limit once activated with the Moon Crest. Like all Celestial Weapons, Nirvana ignores target's Defense.Most Dark Aeons' overdrives kill the entire party (especially Yojimbo) so whenever his or her overdrive fires up in the next turn, summon Yuna to sacrifice one of your Aeons for you. It's for a good cause. Bribe your way through it, if you want to take the easy route.
When it comes to the dark aeons, the reason for their existence is pretty clear, to get revenge on Yuna and her guardians for destroying Yunalesca, and as far as the believers knew, all hope of ever being rid of Sin.
Though the player can't usually summon their own aeon against another copy of itself summoned by another summoner, the player can summon aeons against their Dark Aeon counterparts.
Not sure there) is the only Dark Aeon you can escape from. If you run into any others, you won't be so lucky.
The Dark Aeons (??????, Dāku Shōkanjū?, lit. Dark Summon Beasts) are antagonistic counterparts of aeons in Final Fantasy X. They are superbosses and one of the extra features included in the International, PAL, and HD Remaster versions of Final Fantasy X.
Dark Aeons. The Dark Aeons are only available in the PAL and International releases of FFX, and appear after your first visit to Zanarkand Ruins. Also, a few things to keep in mind while fighting these special enemies: All Dark Aeons are immune to all status ailments including all Breaks.
You fight Dark Ixion twice and Dark Yojimbo five times. Yojimbo's encounters can be reset so you effectively can fight him forever.
Because of her low HP, Dark Shiva can be defeated quickly before she uses her Overdrive. A good method is to use Wakka's Attack Reels while equipped with a Break Damage Limit weapon. As in the other Dark Aeon battles, high Agility, Accuracy, Strength, and Defense are helpful.
In order to acquire Auron's ultimate weapon the first thing you'll need to do is find the Rusty Sword that's just outside of the Caverns of Stolen Fayth. If you can't remember where that is, it's off the northeastern exit of the Calm Lands.
Zanmato (???, Zanmatō?, lit. Slashing Demon Blade) is a recurring ability in the series, and is the trademark attack of the summon Yojimbo. It performs similarly to the trademark attack of the summon Odin, Zantetsuken, in that it inflicts Instant Death to all enemies.
Short answer: yes Medium length answer: yes, with work. Full answer: no enemy is fully immune to zanmato. Penance has the highest zanmato level at level 6 (shared with I think dark anima) so is hardest to get but when you've maxed out compatibility you'll need to spend around 250k to get a high chance of it happening.
Defeating Dark Valeforedit
- Summon the Magus Sisters, and launch an all out offensive - their attacks should destroy Valefor quickly.
- Summon any other Aeons you wish. Yojimbo's attacks all do substantial damage at a high level.
- Use your full force with your strongest character - much more difficult than using Aeons.
Make sure Yuna is in the fighting party (use Formation and place her on top of the list), then head to the village. 6. When Dark Valefor attacks make Yuna to (Grand) Summon Yojimbo and pay him (see below how much). If he uses skill "Zanmato", it will instantly kill Dark Valefor and the fight ends.
actually you can get it in the beginning of the game after you get valefor. After your support to go to the ship run back into the village and talk to the girl in the item shop she will say her dog has dug something up, run over to the top left building and speak with the dog and boom second overdrive for valefor.
Unfortunately, the only way to obtain the sphere in Besaid village for Auron's overdrives without fighting Dark Valefor is to backtrack all the way to Besaid immediately after you fight Spherimorph in Macalania Woods and automatically obtain the first Jecht Sphere (BEFORE you proceed to Lake Macalania).
Travel to Besaid by choosing it from the list of places available on the airship. Head toward the town. You will be blocked by a member of Yu Yevon, who will summon Dark Valefor. Use the Wakka method to defeat Dark Valefor.
There are two place after which you can backtrack all the way to Besaid. The first one is after completed the Djose trials (after obtaining Ixion) and the second one is after beating Spherimorph. After at least one of those --perhaps even both-- you can re-enter the temple.
Final Fantasy X
Break HP Limit can be customized onto armor by using 30 of the rare Wings to Discovery items. It raises the HP cap from 9,999 to 99,999 on the player with the respective armor equipped.
