US bank accounts can be from 6 to 17 digits. Do not prefix or postfix. If your Bank Account number is shorter than 17 digits/chars just specify the number of digits you have and do not include the transit number. Mobile PINsentry is a feature of the Barclays app that enables you to log in to Online Banking without having to carry around a card reader or use your debit card. You can use it so long as you're registered for Online Banking and are already using PINsentry.
You will need a Barclays Current Account and to be registered for Barclays Online Banking to access the Barclays app. Access to the app is subject to network coverage of your mobile service provider and your subscription with them for mobile/wireless internet.

Depending on the context, your account name can either be the type of account you have, for example, the name of the account may be a GoalSaver account. On the front face of debit card, a 16 digits' code is written. First 6 digits are Bank Identification Number and the rest 10 digits are Unique Account Number of the card holder. Even the Global Hologram printed on the debit card is a type of security hologram which is very difficult to copy. It is three dimensional.

- Select Online Banking in the navigation menu on the left hand side.
- Click "Forgot password"
- Check "I agree to the terms and conditions" and click "Accept"
- Enter your Debit Card Number and PIN, click "Next" to continue.
- Select "Confirm" and we will send the One Time Password (OTP) to your mobile phone.
You can find this on the front of your Barclaycard and on your statements. Once you're logged in, you can update your username by selecting 'Secure login details' in the 'Your details' section.
What is an Online Banking passcode and how do I get one? Your 5-digit Online Banking passcode enables you to access Online Banking when it's used together with your memorable word. You'll be sent your passcode in the post within 5 working days of registering for Online Banking.
