If you wish to depart earlier or later, you can exchange your ticket or cancel it and re-book it, depending on the fare conditions. Once you have done this, you can then choose a new departure time for your ticket.

You can travel Off-Peak on weekdays outside busy times. You can also use your Off-Peak train tickets to travel at any time on weekends and bank holidays. The times you can use your tickets vary, so use the journey planner to check for Off-Peak services.
Off-peak gym hours are normally weekdays 9am – 5pm, and from the afternoon onwards at weekends.
All times are Off Peak on Saturday and Sunday, so you have the flexibility to travel whenever you like with an Off-Peak ticket at the weekend. If you can select a time in the Off-Peak ticket row, this time will be Off-Peak.
