The lounges just aren't worth it. Some lounges also offer business services, showers and/or a specific zoned-off rest area for those in transit. Though it may sound indulgent, it's actually these specific amenities that can make you feel a gazillion tons better by the time you step off a 30-something hour flight.
The facilities offered at these lounges may include food and beverages, access to phone, fax, internet, conference room, sleeping pods, and rest rooms in the lounge area.
Members of oneworld airline frequent flyer programmes with the equivalent of oneworld Emerald or Sapphire tier status can use lounges offered by oneworld airlines when departing on any flight marketed and operated by any oneworld member airline, regardless of cabin class being flown (exceptions are noted below).
Priority Pass is accepted at more than 40 U.S. airports, and some of them have multiple
lounges.

Plaza Premium Lounge | Plaza Premium Lounge (Departures, Terminal 5)
All flights at Heathrow are now operating from Terminals 2 and 5 following the temporary relocation of airlines from Terminals 3 and 4. Rail operations will continue to serve Terminals 2 and 5; but are suspended to Terminal 4.
United operates out of Terminal 2, offering a United Airlines Club Lounge for Business Class passengers and Global First lounge for First Class passengers opposite Gate B46. The airline also has an arrivals lounge so you can freshen up when returning to Heathrow.
Unfortunately this means that we're not able to extend invitations to our lounges if you have Diners Club or Priority Pass cards, or if you're not travelling in First, Club World or Club Europe. We're also unable to offer a 'pay to enter' option to any British Airways Lounges.
You can't pay to access British Airways lounges. You'll have to rely on your fare class or elite status to get access. People booked in first or business class on British Airways. Silver and Gold Executive Club members flying on BA or a Oneworld partner.
For uninterrupted sleep, there are sleep cabins in Terminal 4, hotels connected to Terminals 4 and 5 and many other hotels nearby, connected by shuttles.
The Concorde Room at London Heathrow Terminal 5 and JFK Terminal 7 are available for passengers who are: flying on a scheduled British Airways flight in First. over the age of 18 years, or if under 18 years you are accompanied by a responsible adult.
Baggage trolleys are provided for your use free of charge in key areas around the terminal buildings. Arriving passengers will find plenty of trolleys in baggage reclaim, and these can be taken to the car park, bus station or rail station access points. Trolleys are also provided on the departures concourse.
Heathrow Airport Showers and Toilets. Heathrow showers and toilets are provided throughout the airport, both in arrivals and departures. There are also unisex wheelchair-accessible toilets available.
British Airways is reopening its lounges starting from tomorrow, July 4, 2020. The airline says that “Until all of the lounges are open, any customer who is eligible for lounge access, will be able to use the First lounge on departure. This includes our customers travelling in Club World.”
American Express has announced two new airport Centurion Lounge locations, including its second lounge outside the US. The first new lounge will open at London's Heathrow airport (LHR) in 2019.

They are far from the nicest, but Denver Airport still has a decent number of lounge options. A Priority Pass membership unfortunately isn't much help at this airport, but if you have the right credit cards, you'll still be able to enter all but one of the lounges.

- Go to the Fast Track zone. After you've checked in go to the Fast Track security area in your terminal.
- Show your booking. To get into the Fast Track show your booking confirmation to the officer at the desk.

The Concorde Room is the very best lounge at London Heathrow Terminal 5. The Concorde was named after the iconic aircraft that was based in Terminal 4. The Concorde Room back then was the dedicated departure lounge for that service and the only BA lounge, which allowed you to board the plane directly from the lounge.
Eagerly Anticipated Independent Airport Lounge Opens at London Heathrow Terminal 5. Located at Gate A18 in Terminal 5, it will be the first lounge open to all travellers in one of the world's busiest airport terminals. Priority Pass members will have access to the lounge as part of their membership.
When flying in Premium Economy you don't get access to any British Airways lounges unless you are a high tier BA Executive Club member. If you want lounge access at London Gatwick or lounge access at London Heathrow, you can buy or use a Priority Pass to access alternative lounges.
