In general, the Dyson V11 is objectively a better vacuum. It offers more suction, a longer run time, intelligent suction, and an LCD screen. However, those features also mean it's more expensive than the Shark DuoClean (see our full Shark DuoClean review).
The only model made in China is the Compact C1 (their cheapest vac) and it feels like a compromise once you've used a higher-end Miele from Germany, such as the Classic C1.
