Being a huge country, the contiguous United States is home to a wide variety of climates. However, in general it has a continental climate, with cold winters (often frigid) and hot summers (sometimes very hot), with a different season duration depending on latitude and distance from the sea.
Modern studies have called the "normal" human temperature of 37 degrees Celsius (or 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit) into question, suggesting that it's too high. Since the 19th century, the average human body temperature in the United States has dropped, according to researchers at the Stanford University School of Medicine.
July is the hottest month of the year for most large US cities. Daytime temperatures above 80 degrees Fahrenheit (27 degrees Celsius) regularly occur nearly everywhere. The exceptions are cities along the Pacific coast.
Florida ranks overall as the warmest state year round. The other state in the top four is Hawaii. The group of tropical islands ranks second to Florida as the country's hottest state. Hawaii rises to the top of the list in winter, with average monthly temperatures well above those of any other state.

As noted earlier, when looking at relative humidity, Alaska is the most humid state. This is a function of the low temperatures. A cold airmass simply cannot hold a lot of moisture. The average dew point in Alaska is the lowest of all 50 states.

The seasons are defined as spring (March, April, May), summer (June, July, August), autumn (September, October, November) and winter (December, January, February).
The reason this happens is that while Earth receives energy from the Sun, it also emits energy into space. And Earth's Northern Hemisphere emits more energy than it receives for nearly 2 months after the winter solstice, which means that temperatures continue to trend downward.

Also know, where is it 60 70 degrees year round? San Diego, California Another one of my favorite destinations, San Diego sits along the southernmost coast of California, not far from the Mexico border. Summer highs hover around the 80 degree mark while Winter highs are usually 60 to 70 degrees.
Both the states of Arizona and Florida experience climates that are mostly warm, with very mild winters; however, that doesn't make their weather the same. The warmth that Arizona provides is described as dry with more days. Moreover, the humidity in Florida often makes it feel like it is much hotter than Arizona.
