The short answer is yes for some states, no for others. If you're in the ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, VIC or WA, both Saturday 26 December and Monday 28 December are public holidays, and you will paid public holiday rates on both days.

The status of Victoria Day in each of the provinces and territories is as follows: It is a general holiday in Alberta, Manitoba, the Northwest Territories, and Yukon and is a statutory holiday in British Columbia, Ontario, and Saskatchewan.
When a statutory holiday falls on a regular day off, the eligible employee is entitled to be paid an average day's pay. Part-time employees are entitled to statutory vacation pay so long as they meet the above mentioned requirements.

If you are an indeterminate full-time worker, you are paid for all statutory holidays. If a holiday falls on your day of rest, the holiday is moved to your first scheduled working day following the day of rest.
