Please keep in mind that delivery times can vary depending on the product/service and origin/destination relation, from 2-3 days for neighboring countries and up to 20 days for countries with long distances. The merchant or online shop usually indicates the expected delivery time on its website.
Tracking numbers, also referred to as waybill numbers, are used to identify and follow your shipments' movement through our network. The tracking number is assigned to your shipment by DHL, and is a 10 digit number. Shippers can found the number next to the word “Waybill” on electronically generated documents.
We say that for international shipping, DHL got it! They have the best network to Asia, Europe and Africa. Nobody can beat they on-time delivery and reliability.
If you track your shipment and it appears to be on hold at the destination, it may be because the receiver has closed its deliveries at the moment. Contact your receiver to see if the company is open for deliveries. We will make another delivery attempt when the receiver is again open for deliveries.

DHL's Electronic Proof of Delivery lets you get delivery details and an image of the receiver's signature, when captured digitally. But the document should still include who signed for the shipment and the date and time it was delivered.
Formats. Tracking numbers consist of letters and numbers typically between 8 and 40 characters long sometimes with spaces or hyphens between groupings of characters. When shown on a receipt after shipping a package the tracking number is usually close to the barcode.
A tracking number or ID is a combination of numbers and possibly letters that uniquely identifies your shipment for national or international tracking. Usually, the shipper or online shop is able to provide the tracking number or ID.
The tracking numbers for DHL come in a few different formats, depending on the service. DHL Express: A 10 digit numeric beginning with 000, JJD01, JJD00, JVGL or a similar variation. DHL Parcel: 10 digital numeric, starting with 3S, JVGL or JJD.
To track a parcel, start your message with 'Track' and then enter your 10 digit tracking number. Enter your waybill number ONLY in the subject field and send to track@dhl.com.
How to get DHL Account number?

If I do not have my tracking number, is it still possible to track my shipment? Yes, under certain conditions. We strongly advise you to make a record of your tracking number however, if you have the shipper's reference number, you can use our online Shipper's Reference Tracking service.
The most common tracking number format is 12 digits (e.g. 9999 9999 9999) or 15 digits (e.g. 9999 9999 9999 999). Some other less common formats may also exist, such as 20 digits and 22 digits. If you have any question regarding the delivery process of a package, call [+1] 800-463-3339.
USPS. The most common tracking number format is 20 digits or a combination of 13 alphabetic and numeric characters, usually starting with 2 alphabets, following by 9 digits, and ending with "US".
Shipping Rates: Although DHL and FedEx both charge higher rates for same-day delivery services, DHL rates are typically cheaper for domestic shipments, ultimately. When it comes to choosing between DHL international shipping rates and FedEx international shipping rates, DHL rates are also generally more affordable.

- Use DHL's website to schedule a pick up.
- Call the International Help Desk.
- Call your local shipping expert.
If you've sent your parcel to a locker, we'll e-mail or text you a unique pick-up code once your parcel is safely in the locker. You can then pick it up when it suits you within the following seven days. We'll notify you immediately if your parcel won't fit in a locker and will take it to the nearest DHL store.

Since 2003, the Postal Service has provided last-mile delivery for DHL in over 20,000 ZIP Codes nationwide through its Parcel Select service. This expansion makes USPS the exclusive provider of delivery service to DHL for 3,600 of the nation's 46,000 ZIP Codes through use of Priority Mail and Parcel Select service.
Under the agreement, UPS will partner with DHL Express to carry freight for some of DHL's express, deferred and international packages within the United States, and will provide air lift for DHL packages between the U.S., Canada and Mexico. UPS shareholders are also pleased.
Return labels allow your shippers to produce ready-to-print labels whenever a return is needed. Requesting a pickup is easy – your shippers don't need an account number or to register online to book a return pickup. For your regular shippers, you can supply them with bulk pre-printed labels.
If you missed a delivery, you'll find a DHL missed-delivery card in your mailbox. Our DHL courier will automatically return the next workday. We deliver from Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The precise delivery times may differ and depend on the size of the parcel and the delivery address.
Like with UPS and FedEx, the "end of day" for businesses would be 5pm (when the majority of businesses close) and for residential deliveries, it could be as late as 10pm, depending on how late your driver is running. “End of day” for DHL delivery would mean the package will be delivered before 12 midnight.
We receive deliveries, in bulk, from all the major carriers and local post networks. We are not able to refuse delivery on request. Sometimes we can and will refuse a delivery if, from the outside of the package, it is obvious that the contents are damaged.
DHL does not regularly deliver on Sundays in the United States, but will arrange to deliver emergency shipments at extra cost (sometimes using a local non-DHL delivery service). All large delivery services are under pressure to deliver on Sundays, so some may start Sunday delivery at any time.
