Bharat Petroleum is popular in the market as Bharat gas. All the three companies are best in the filed of LPG gas and they are providing hassle free service to its customer.
As per the new norms announced by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas on Friday, consumers can retain multiple connections but will have to shell out more for the cylinders. The consumer will not have to go through additional Know Your Customer (KYC) formalities for the extra connection.
Hi, One family is entitled to only one gas connection. If a gas connection has been taken on someone's aadhar number, he cannot take any other gas connection , anywhere in india , in any company (HP,Insane or bharatgas).
Currently, the government subsidises 12 cylinders of 14.2 kilograms each per household every year. The consumer has to make any additional purchases of LPG cylinders at the market price. The amount of subsidy provided by the government on the annual quota of 12 refills varies from month to month.
The second cylinder can be obtained over the counter by submitting one's original documents of connection, address and identity proofs with the distributor. The second cylinder obtained will be part of the subsidized quota of 9 cylinders per year.

Given the distribution margin of Rs 44 per cylinder, that's an income of R7. 3 lakh per month. For an average distributor selling, say 6-8,000 cylinders a month, once costs are accounted for, profits don't add up to more than R1 lakh a month.
Is it mandatory to buy hotplates from the distributor while getting a new connection. It is not mandatory for users to buy the hotplate (gas stove) or any other items from the Distributor. Any make of user's choice will suffice as long as it bears the ISI mark.

Non-subsidised LPG cylinders will be sold at Rs.581.50 per cylinder of 14.2kg in Delhi compared to its previous selling price of Rs.744.

Log on to Bharat Gas Booking Status Portal and enter your “Request ID”, “Date of Birth” and “Mother's Name” in order to identify yourself, and then generate a One-Time Password (OTP) which you will receive on your registered mobile number.

The subsidy for LPG was Rs. 159.29 per cylinder in May and Rs. 204.95 in June. The tax to be paid in addition to the price of the LPG will remain same for both subsidised and non-subsidised LPGs.

Complete Procedure to Reactivate Indane Gas LPG Connection?
- Visit
- Click on 'How do I' on the left side of the screen.
- Choose the 6th option that says 'How Do I reactivate my connection?
- Submit completed re-activation form to the distributor with the following details-
- Name of distributor.
- Consumer number.
Call at 9911554411. Submit your Indane distributor's phone number with STD code. Submit your Consumer number. LPG Gas booking confirmation will come via SMS on your registered mobile phone.
The new IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) number has been configured to serve Indane customers across India. One can apply for an LPG refill booking either through SMS or IVRS. Indane LPG booking can only be done using your registered mobile number.
In order to book a gas, users can click on the 'LPG' category under the Amazon Pay tab or “Pay Bills” tab on the homepage. Post which, they will have to enter their HP GAS registered mobile number or 17 - digit LPG ID to get the refill charges against the Booking ID.

- Use your login credentials and access your private account on the site.
