Setup the App
- Open the app and click Start. To begin, click Start.
- Read and Agree to the terms. Accept/Agree to the Terms of Use.
- Connect to the Network. Make sure both your mobile device and the TV are connected to the same network.
- Pair the TV to the app. Pair the LG TV Plus app with the TV.
Press the Smart button on the included remote to access the Smart Home menu. From there, the LG Smart TV will take you through a setup wizard. Follow the onscreen prompts to connect to your home's Wi-Fi and your cable box.
On some LG TVs, you need to manually enable HbbTV in order to access Freeview On Demand. To do so, go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Programmes > HbbTV (select to Enable).

Allow App Installations from Unknown Sources - LG
- From a Home screen, navigate to Settings .
- Tap Apps & notifications.
- Tap Special access.
- Tap Install unknown apps.
- Select the unknown app then tap the Allow from this source switch to turn on or off .
Sometimes a 'not programmed' error occurs because the connections are not fixed correctly. Ensure that your TV plugged in correctly at the wall, as well as any other devices you need are plugged in, such as your set-top box. Then wiggle each of the HDMI or Scart connections to check they're secure.
