To use a different greeting that you already recorded or switch back to the default greeting:
- Open the Google Voice app .
- At the top left, tap Menu Settings.
- In the Voicemail section, tap Voicemail greeting.
- Next to the greeting you want to use, tap More Set as active.

How to set up and use Voicemail Drop
- In the desktop app click "Settings gear" icon in the bottom left corner.
- Click "Voicemail Drop" in the left-side menu.
- Click on "Record New Voicemail Drop". Enter a label.
