Zamasu also emerges unscratched from Future Trunks' Final Flash, revealing his body is immortal.
The reason being is that he above all regular life forms apart from those that have crazy strength like the likes of the saiyan warriors who have a unrivalled potential and obviously the Angel's and gods of destruction. Goku and vegeta could kill the supreme kai with one punch thus killing beerus if they chose too.

Zamasu is evil in the sense of his mind set, as in his in misguided version of justice, but Frieza is just evil for being evil's sake. The saiyans: to do freeza's dirty work and to eventually overthrow him. Zamasu: to eliminate anything and everything that is mortal, since he ironically sees them as violent and evil.
If all supreme kais in a universe are killed, or die due to some other cause, then the god of destruction from that universe will die as well. (In some universes the supreme Kai(s) have apprentices who are training to become full supreme Kais such as Kabito or Zamasu.)
Yes because Super is canon and the supreme kai is weaker than a god of destruction. Goku is on the border of becoming a god of destruction due to attaining super sayain god form and having ultra instinct. Thus, supreme kai is weaker than goku. And, even if he wasn't, he will be shortly.

In comparison to the rest of the DBZ characters, Yamcha is a weak character: As such, he is beaten by every villain he faces; because of this, he is disliked by many. Yamcha is basically deemed as a joke character since he constantly gets defeated and has gotten dumped by Bulma.

As of now, NO. Goku is already stronger than Beerus. Beerus can't use Hakai on Goku since it doesn't work on stronger forces than itself as we have seen in the ToP with Vegeta Overpowering Toppo's Hakai. Another example may be Jiren being so strong that even his universe GoD couldn't defeat him.
