QUICK FIXES FOR BLINKING OR FLICKERING TV:
- Turn the TV OFF and then back ON to RESET the TV.
- Unplug the TV from the POWER OUTLET for 5 minutes to reset.
- Check the CONNECTION OF CABLES going to and from the TV.
- Disable ENERGY EFFICIENT features in TV MENU.
- Check if there is a FAULTY COMPONENT connected to the TV.
Turning the Eco Sensor off disables the automatic ambient light brightness adjustment, which can be a source of flickering. Test your Samsung TV on a different source if flickering persists. The issue could be caused by a faulty cable, bad connection or malfunctioning receiver or Blu-ray player.
Screen blinking can be caused by below mentioned reasons :

A solid Green or White light on the front of the television means that the TV power is on. Perform a reset
