3. How can you bear another's burdens while keeping yourself from pride in doing so? 1. Read Leviticus 19:18, John 13:34 and Galatians 5:14.
It means sacrificing for the people you love, even when you're giving up something major. It means knowing, understanding, and accepting that your loved ones, friends and acquaintances are going to fail you. All these things must be done in love. We have to bear with each other, even when it is difficult.
If we truly love one another, then we will give the very best of ourselves just as Jesus did for us. Second, our love for other Christians will be evident to the world. They will see how we treat each other and they should know that we follow Jesus because of it.
John 15:12: This is my commandment, that ye love one another, even as I have loved you.

Just consider all the things that weigh down our hearts and lives: death, loss, illness, worry, politics, financial hardships, grief, guilt, marital tension, traumatic events. Each a weight that we carry on our shoulders. Many of these burdens are inevitable and entirely outside our realm of control.
