To view your own aura, it's best to stand facing a white wall or to use a mirror. Adjust your vision and focus on the area just beyond the tips of your fingers or the side of your hand. Allow your vision to go slightly out of focus.
Basically it means the person thinks you give off a vibe or sense of being a good person. It may be in your attitude or conversation, or just your expression. Or, this may just be a very perceptive person, and you really ARE a nice person, and they see that in you. Sincere or not, enjoy the compliment!
Causes and risk factors
Migraine with aura may occur when a wave of electrical activity moves across the visual cortex of the brain, which is the part that processes visual signals. Triggers for migraine with aura include: alcohol consumption, especially wine. caffeine consumption.Clutter and disorder are a major sign of negative energy. It's hard to remain focused when you're surrounded by it. In feng shui, clutter blocks the passage of energy from flowing through a home, but in my own experience, clutter in the home creates clutter and a since of anxiety in the mind, as well.
Does everyone have an aura? Yes, every living human has an energy field around them. Other living things, such as trees, flowers, or animals, can also have an energy field. Some believe that the human energy field may be more complex because we're more evolved.
How-To Clean Your Aura
- Smudging. Smudging is an ancient practice, and is believed to clear negative energy.
- Crystals. Crystals emit energy, but they can also clear it.
- Epsom Salt Bath. Epsom Salt has been used for thousands of years to detoxify the body.
- Essential Oils. Our sense of smell can trigger our brain to have certain reactions.
- Hot Yoga.
It's the way you send out “vibes” or awareness. But it's unclear whether that energy can truly be thought of as a manifestation of the spiritual and physical body. One way to think of auras is as the “energy” someone around you omits. Some people make you nervous — others relax you.
Everything that just happened was because of the electric fields of our bodies! Everything you just experienced occurred because we're both surrounded by our own personal force field, and the insides of our bodies contain electrical generators, which they use to send signals through our body.
The Northern Lights occur so high up in the atmosphere that they don't pose any threat to people watching them from the ground. The aurora itself is not harmful to humans but the electrically charged particles produced could have some potentially negative effects to infrastructure and technology.
Most solar particles typically collide with our atmosphere at an altitude of around 60 to 150 miles where there are high concentrations of oxygen. When the Oxygen is “excited” at these altitudes it causes the Aurora to appear in shades of green.
They occur most frequently in a belt of radius 2500 km centered on the magnetic north pole. This so-called auroral zone extends over northern Scandinavia, Island, the southern tip of Greenland and continuing over northern Canada, Alaska and along the northern coast of Siberia.
"Active periods are typically about 30 minutes long, and occur every two hours, if the activity is high. The aurora is a sporadic phenomenon, occurring randomly for short periods or perhaps not at all."
The “northern lights” are caused by collisions between fast-moving particles (electrons) from space and the oxygen and nitrogen gas in our atmosphere. Oxygen emits either a greenish-yellow light (the most familiar color of the aurora) or a red light; nitrogen generally gives off a blue light.
Northern lights are also called by their scientific name, aurora borealis, and southern lights are called aurora australis.
