In 2006 it was estimated that 30,000 people in the United States play or watch cricket annually. By 2017, this figure had risen to 200,000 people playing cricket in 6,000 teams.In 2007, the United States of America Cricket Association was suspended by the ICC because of problems with its administration, but was again recognized beginning in 2008. The USACA was expelled as the recognized national governing body by the ICC during its 2017 AGM.

Water Polo: 44 Points. Often overlooked in discussions, this Olympic sport is officially the toughest sport in the world. Similar to the land-based handball that was not too far from the list itself, water polo is played, well, in water.
