Australia has largely phased out bilateral aid to China. In recognition of China's growing role as an aid donor, Australia and China signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on development cooperation in 2013, which was renewed in 2017.
As of 2019, Australia ranks 19th among 29 OECD DAC member countries on the generosity of its aid (measured using ODA as a percentage of GNI).
The United States provides no development assistance to Australia. The U.S.-Australia Free Trade Agreement (FTA) entered into force on January 1, 2005. In 2018, total U.S. goods and services trade with Australia totaled US $65.9 billion, and the United States ran a trade surplus of US $28.9 billion.
Australia supports Japan's aspiration to become a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council. As a close friend, Australia provided extensive assistance to Japan following the 2011 Great East Japan earthquake and tsunami, including specialised personnel, defence aircraft, and a donation of $10 million.

In fiscal year 2017 (October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017), the U.S. government allocated the following amounts for aid: Total economic and military assistance: $49.87 billion. Total military assistance: $14.77 billion. Total economic assistance: $35.10 billion, of which USAID Implemented: $20.55 billion.
Overall, that means Australia paid the WHO more money in 2018, $63 million in total to $38.2million. But Government sources pointed out that China paid more money than Australia overall through the two year funding period of 2018 and 2019 ($135 million to $106 million) because of China's compulsory dues.

U.S. goods exports to Canada in 2019 were $292.7 billion, down 2.4% ($7.1 billion) from 2018 but up 43.0% from 2009. U.S. exports to Canada are up 191% from 1993 (pre-NAFTA).
Although the UK does not technically send aid to India, in 2018 the Government announced plans to provide £98million to invest in technical enterprises over the next two years. Despite India being on course to become one of the third largest economies by 2030, the UK sent the money to help stimulate jobs in India.
Where does UK aid money go? The top five countries receiving UK aid in 2019 were Pakistan, Ethiopia, Afghanistan, Yemen and Nigeria, with almost all the money going to countries in Africa and Asia, according to official data published in September.

The top five countries receiving UK aid in 2018 were Pakistan, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Syria and Afghanistan. Many of the people living in these countries face conflict, extreme poverty and unstable climates. Around 75% of the money is allocated to the Department for International Development (DFID).
A high proportion of foreign aid is in the form of loans, which cripple developing countries through the accumulation of debt. Many rich nations receive more in interest payments from recipient countries than they give in “aid”. Britain has traditionally given more of its aid as grants rather than as loans.

Though the point is often made, it it isn't true. According to OECD DAC statistics, since aid began in the 1960s donors have given a grand total of $502 billion to sub-Saharan Africa, which is worth about $866 billion in today's prices. (Table 29; excludes debt relief.)
The UK government remains a world leading aid donor spending 0.5% of our national income. We will spend more than £10 billion next year to fight poverty, tackle climate change and improve global health.
China pays the second most of any country in the world at $57M, or 12% of the organization's total. The vast majority of countries pay significantly less than the U.S. for the WHO. Only 13 countries pay more than $10M, including the U.S. and China. 44 countries pay less than $1M each year to support the WHO.
