There is no direct connection from Carcar to Camotes Islands. However, you can take the drive to Cebu, take the ferry to Poro Camotes, then take the drive to San Francisco.

The ferry from Cebu City will depart at 6:00 AM, 9:30 AM, and 1:30 PM. From Camotes, the ferry will depart at 9:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 5:00 PM. The total travel time is around 1 hour and 30 minutes. The regular passenger fare is 500 PHP for the Open Air and Tourist class and 550 PHP for the Business class.
To reach Bantayan, book a flight to Cebu and take a bus from the North Bus Terminal heading to Hagnaya Port Cebu. upon arrival at Hagnaya Port, ride a ferry going to Bantayan Island. The travel time from Cebu to Bantayan Island is approximately 4 hours.
