Why are the seeds in my 5 by 5 plot falling out all the time? All the soil spots are watered and tilled but when I place a few seeds all of a sudden some of them vanish or pop out. What the hell is going on? There is nothing under the soil and redstone is around it but whats going on? Mushroom biome if that helps.

2 Answers2. Show activity on this post. It looks to me that it isn’t a bug that’s causing the seeds to pop out, but your lack of lighting. If an area is too dark, seeds will pop out. I don’t know why the other one pops out too, but you can at least try to increase the lighting. That should fix the problem.

The best thing to do would be to go to the Overworld, plow a dirt block, and try to plant it with and without water. If it does need water, it would not be possible …
If they go to the effort of doing this, why do updates constantly break these seeds and force everyone to have to find new seeds if they want to use all the features in the new update. Seems so pointless and ruins a lot of the fun when there are older seeds that have been well explored and mapped out by others.
