I’m not sure why you would, but you may be able to bypass this by either pressing ALT + F4 whilst in the world, or by opening Task Manager (CTRL + ALT + DEL > Task Manager) and clicking on the program labelled Java Platform, or something similar, and clicking End Task. This should exit Minecraft without saving the changes in the world.
