I have a backup file of the world but when i drag it into the saves folder in .minecraft nothing shows up. How do i load the world into my game? Also if it helps this was a world that was converted from 1.2 to 1.3 and its name was changed, but i still have the world1 folder that it corresponded to and saves to, its just not loading in the list of worlds.
In the folder for whatever modpack you use go to minecraft/backups and then unzip whatever backup you wish to use and put that in the save folder
