After Kaname sacrifices his heart to the furnace that creates anti-vampire weapons, Yuki gave birth to a daughter that she conceived with Kaname and sometime later, another child with Zero.
Zero dies protecting a pregnant Yuki from an anti-vampire weapon, and has Yuki devour what remains of his life. Eerily similar to how Ichiru, his twin brother, died.

After being awakened, Yuki's memories return and she remembers that Kaname is her elder brother. Due to not having drunk blood before, Yuki wakes up incredibly thirsty and pins Kaname to the bed in order to drink from his neck. Before biting into him, Yuki thinks to herself that she only wants Kaname's blood.

And if you don't understand the ending here's a little explanation (SPOILER ALERT): Yuki decides to revive Kaname by sacrificing herself. Zero is dead as he was not a pure vampire and Yuki has happily spent her life with him.
At the final chapter of the manga, Yuki came too late and couldn't stop Kaname from sacrificing his heart to the furnance in night 93 page 1 Kaname told Yuki to try not to stop him anymore. Kaname confessed his sins and said he has to atone for them. Kaname told Yuki that she was better suited being in the light.

Yuki does love Kaname, both I'm the anime and in the manga, though the manga goes a bit more in depth. As a child, Yuki loved Kaname but I think it was more how a sister loves her big brother.
Summary. Rido's obsession with Yuki had most likely stemmed from his unrequited and deep love for Juri, her mother. He had tried many times to make her fall in love with him, only for her to fall in love with his younger brother, Haruka. That would have had a negative effect on his already unstable mind.
In chapter 93 of the manga, Zero is murdered, although by who is unknown. In the anime, however, the last we see of Zero is when Yuki and Kaname enter the Kuran mansion. In both, Kaname dies as a result of his sacrifice for the vampire hunters.
With this act, along with being a twin vampire hunter of excellent lineage who has become a vampire, within Zero is the blood of three Purebloods, Yuki, Kaname and Shizuka, making Zero one of the most powerful characters in the series and saving him from becoming a Level E.
Zero is stronger than Kaname is. He had drinked the blood of three pureblood vampires, yuki, kaname and Shizuka. Kaname because kaname is the one who gave zero his powers!
In those memories, it was revealed that she had some kind of authority over Kaname, as he allowed her to push him around to get jobs done. She became the first parent of the anti-vampire weapons after she threw her heart into the furnace. Her death devastated Kaname silently, as he intended to be the sacrifice.
