Following the success of The Mandalorian, all newly-announced Star Wars series will start streaming on Disney+. Some series will premiere in 2021, while others will stream in 2022-2023.

When you look up Solo on Disney Plus, you'll see a message saying that the film is unavailable “due to existing agreements.” Basically, that just means that Solo is currently streaming elsewhere — specifically, Netflix — and is thus not available on Disney Plus.
Downloads automatically expire 48 hours after you start watching them, and any unwatched downloads expire after 30 days.
As Frozen 2 was released in cinemas on November 22, the movie should be on Disney+ by the end of June 2020, or July at the latest, following a DVD release in late February or March.
Put another way, the Disney+ version of Star Wars means the canon now includes 1977's A New Hope and its 1981 revise, 1980's Empire, and 1983's Jedi. The 1997 special editions, on film and in 2K resolution.
