After nearly four months of staying closed to prevent the spread of coronavirus, Anne Arundel County Public Libraries are opening for limited indoor service. Starting Monday, libraries will run Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Sept.
