In a big surprise to gamers, PUBG, which is the most popular gaming app in India with the most number of downloads, was banned in the country on September 2 over security concerns. The government said the app, like many of the Chinese apps that were banned, was engaged in activities prejudicial to India's sovereignty.

PUBG is more brutal because it takes more into detail such as bullet drop and other details. this makes it harder to get a kill. never mind complaints about network lag or bad coding, optimization or unstable tick rates and problems. a lot of that is not the case, and is entirely people playing from where they are.
The award levels are Silver (20,000+), Double Silver (40,000+), Gold (75,000+), Double Gold (150,000+), Diamond (200,000+), Platinum (400,000+) and Double Platinum (800,000+).

Platinum is very achievable for players who follow a guide for the strongest comp in the meta, but recently, TFT has shown more diverse metas that reward players for playing flexibly and adapting to the situation.
Gold - above 50%, a good place to stay for casual play. Platinum - top 8% (pretty good - congrats) Diamond - top 2% (D1 or D2: streamers, pros)
Platinum is good. Above that is really good. Going from the overwatch season 4 competitive blog (let me know if you have newer data), only 15% of players were above platinum in season 3. only 15% of players were above platinum in season 3.
Gold IV is definitely above average compared to the entire playerbase (that means if you add up unranked players, sub 30 accounts, level 200s who don't play ranked etc.) However if we're talking rough level, you're still better than a gold from season 3.
Master: Really good. Challenger: Gods that walk among men. If you're on NA, there's a hidden rank above challenger, called "Korean Bronze V." I would say: Bronze 5 - Silver 1 -> Low Elo; Gold 5 - Plat 3-> Medium Low Elo; Plat 2 - Diamond 3 -> Medium Elo; Diamond 2 -> Masters High Elo; Challenger -> Big D club.
Platinum: Between 1850 and 2199 (Team: 1650-1849) (Top 1.5%-0.1%) Diamond: 2200 and above (Team: 1850+) (Top 0.1%)
If you stay in plat 2 or climb higher it means you are a consistent plat player. Good job, high plat means you are officially "high elo".
Each rank has four divisions, except for the highest three ranks, which have just one tier each. The divisions start from four and end at one. Four is the lowest division in a rank and one is the highest.

Diamond IV is considered the Western definition of being in the top 2%, and Diamon III would take you beyond the top 1%. Anything higher would make you better than 1%. Diamond IV is the top 2.96% for players in Korea, while Diamond III is at 1.14%.
You must reach the Tier 1 of the upper-rank level (the “rank threshold”) to upgrade. In other words, to move from Silver to Gold, a player must reach 1390 ELO (Gold 1), not 1338 (Gold 0).
80% (approximately) of IQ scores are between 80-119, leaving the bottom 10% lower than 80 and the top 10% being 120 or higher. Translate that to League, and this means that the top 10% of players are "high elo". That's plat and above, according to the stats.

Gold considers Plat+ high elo. Plat considers Diamond high elo. Diamond considers high Diamond and Masters/Challengers high elo.
Darius is just a good 1v1, 2v2 skirmish type of champion that if he gets any kind of lead, from a jungle gank or just a solo kill he can force you off of everything pretty easy. SoloQ wins are not determined on early farming, scaling and then team fighting.
Platinum is the Bronze tier of high ELO, except more toxic.
Promotion. Players who reach 100 LP in their division automatically start a set of games called promotion series.
Decay. Platinum, Diamond, Master, and Challenger are all subject to decay. In Platinum and Diamond, after 28 days of inactivity in any ranked queue, you'll begin losing LP based on your current tier. Diamond players lose 50 LP each time they decay, platinum players lose 35.
