Easiest way I found is to select a spawn spot inside wanted garage. Quit to single player. Return to online (invite session only so it doesn’t take forever ) and spawn inside garage. Call mechanic with car to transfer. Put car in new garage. I haven’t done it in a while I don’t remember if you need to wait for the mechanic even if you relog. Repeat.
