take note of what mod the item is from and close minecraft. then what you have to do is either a) delete the mod the item came from or if you are really advanced (a.k.a capable of developing your own mod from scratch) b) actually modify the mod itself and reassign the conflicting item a new ID.
Keep the Conflicting ID’s tab open. Now click on the config folder. If you are having issues with mods its good to state so, if you could provide the crash log and possibly regenerate the configs that is another place to start. As it stands no one can help you. The configs are the only way to help and you didnt even state the mods having the issue. 1.
