At the station
A full range of tickets is available from staffed ticket offices at National Rail stations. You aren't limited to buying tickets just for trains from that station – they should be able to sell tickets to and from any other station as well.The food service is one of the good things about using a vline train service. very handy during delays on route to be able to get food and drinks while waiting for some disruption to clear. It is very expensive but at least the food is clean and safe to eat on vline unlike on SRT.
V/Line don't provide wifi on their services. To access the internet on V/Line services, one has to have their own usb modem and wireless internet plan with a telco (Telstra, Optus, Vodafone etc.)
