It's been a few years, but there's a new Batman game on the way. At the DC Fandome event we got our first look at the long-rumored Gotham Knights, which looks to channel the spirit of the beloved Arkham games. The new title will be launching in 2021. I activated Knightfall Protocol, but have to beat Riddler to find out what REALLY HAPPENED at the end. You answered your own question. If you want to go for the 240% Batman gold suit, then yeah, you have to beat the game two times on the same profile, but only solve all the Riddler challenges once.

LoL, unfortunately you don't fight him at all. Still, you can solve all his puzzles and be done with his annoying lines.
Over the past few days, I decided to do something dumb: collect all 243 Riddler trophies in Batman: Arkham Knight.
Riddler produced at least 884 trophies:
- 1 in Arkham Origins.
- 240 in Arkham Asylum.
- 400 or 440 (with Catwoman DLC) in Arkham City.
- 243 in Arkham Knight.
Nothing happens if you find Just the trophies. If you solve every riddle you will hear the riddler from the radio, and he will just get mad at you for doing it, then he gets arrested.

Arkham Asylum appears in The Batman. Like the original Arkham, several major villains end up in this institution, such as the Joker, Harley Quinn, the Riddler, Mr. Freeze, the Ventriloquist, Hugo Strange, Clayface, and Penguin.
Batman defeats Killer Croc by pushing him near an oncoming train, which launches Croc near a wall and knocks him out.
After Quincy Sharp successfully re-opened Arkham Asylum, Killer Croc was presumably transferred to the new facility. It was also possible that Croc had escaped from Blackgate, and was then incarcerated at the Asylum prior to the Joker's takeover.
New Game to New Game +, the Riddler trophies do not reset. But if you start a new file, the Riddler trophies will be back to zero in your new file.
- new game + is locked to knightmare. - "Knightmare mode is the exact opposite of Easy. Instead of enemy sturdiness, damage dealing, reactions, accuracy, and speed begin set as low as possible, these parameters are all set as high as possible, all the time."
Knightmare is one step above hard mode and also disables counter prompts and you take increased damage/don't always heal as much after fights. Predators also consist of a lot of shotgun guys that can one hit you. It's comparable to the NG+ in City and Origins though.
As someone who's completed all the games on New Game Plus (except obviously Asylum) I can say Arkham Knight is MUCH more difficult than the others. But it's still just as fun, more so in fact. I highly recommend it! For me it was better because the Riddler stuff carries over.
Unlike its predecessor, Batman: Arkham City features a New Game Plus mode, developer Rocksteady Studios has confirmed. New Game Plus will be the same difficulty regardless of whether you finished the game on Normal or Hard.
In fact, any mission that requires you to take out a group of enemies first, whether it be disabling a watchtower, checkpoint or rescuing fire fighters will work. If you take out the enemies and leave without completing the mission, then the enemies will respawn and you can take them out again to gain more XP.

WB Games Montréal revealed their upcoming title Gotham Knights at DC FanDome yesterday. It'll be the developer's second Batman video game after Arkham Origins but apparently, Gotham Knights will not continue the iconic series.
