Argus is the original homeworld of the eredar, now located within the Twisting Nether. It was once described as a utopian world whose inhabitants were both vastly intelligent and highly gifted in magic. It has since been twisted by demonic, chaotic energies and became the stronghold and homeworld of the Burning Legion.
Yes, you can meet the Rep and Questline requirements for the Legion Allied Races on the opposing Factions. BfA not so much for obvious reasons. You can earn the rep on a Horde character but you still need a 110 Alliance character in order to go through the quest-line that recruits them.
You also get Argussian rep from, I think, all invasions, and certainly the invasion weekly quest. Also at some point you get Argus reputation missions in your class hall; that helps too. Weekly quests: Fuel of a Doomed World and Invasion Onslaught from Turalyon and Illidan on the Vindicaar for total of 2000.
Each Argussian Reach world quest will increase your reputation standing by 75. To be granted access to Argussian Reach world quests, you must first complete portions of the Argus story (separately for each zone). Krokuun World Quests will be unlocked once you complete the The Child of Light and Shadow quest in Krokuun.
No dungeon isn't give rep unless it has world quest in it. 225 from completing Normal Legion Invasion World Quests. 350 from completing Elite Legion Invasion World Quests. The final boss in the scenario can drop around 900.
You'll probably get Lightforged Draenei first and then within a day or two unlock Void Elves. Just do every available World Quest every day on Argus. I was 120 at the time which makes it easier. This is a boosted character, and my /played even after unlocking Void elves is at 1 day, 5 hours, 57 minutes.
Lightforged Warframe becomes available after reaching Exalted with Army of the Light and costs 500,000 Gold.
Obtaining. The Demonic Soulstone is dropped from Ebon Cacodemon, a demon mob from Lycanites Mobs.
Having themselves suffered with magic addiction and gotten through it, they could empathise with the Nightborne. In short, it was the interactions the Nightborne had with the Alliance and Horde that caused the Nightborne to side with the Horde.
Allied Races: Nightborne requires you to complete a short recruitment questline, available after you purchase Battle for Azeroth and complete the Achievement/Reputation requirements. You can pick it up in the Horde Embassy.
The nightborne (also spelled the Nightborne) or shal'dorei in their native tongue are one of the playable Horde allied races in World of Warcraft, introduced at the end of Legion.
For the Legion allied races (Nightborne, Highmountain tauren, Void elves, and Lightforged draenei), you can do the quest and rep achievements with any character(s), faction only matters for the recruitment scenario that makes each race playable (Alliance can't recruit Horde, and visa versa).
Nightborne and the night elves. The nightborne are a group of kaldorei Highborne transformed into a new race by the power of the Nightwell. They represent the ancient night elf culture from when they were the rulers of the world, before they abandoned arcane for druidism.
You must complete the following objectives to unlock the Vulpera in World Of Warcraft update 8.3:

To receive the special Heritage Armor transmog set, you must level your Allied Race character to 50 and complete the Heritage quest: Lightforged Draenei, Highmountain Tauren, Nightborne, Void Elf, Mag'har Orc, Dark Iron Dwarf, Zandalari Troll, Kul Tiran Human, Vulpera, Mechagnome.
How to unlock Nightborne: Reach Exalted with The Nightfallen and complete Insurrection. As with Highmountain Tauren, you'll need to own BfA in order to play as the Nightborne, though their unlock requirements are tied to Legion.
To unlock the Void Elf Allied Race, you'll also need to earn reputation with the Argussian Reach faction, who is primarily based in Mac'Aree. The Void Elf Allied Race is a playable race unlocked in Battle for Azeroth.
You need to be exalted to get the questline to break into the nighthold so, from a lore point of view, you don't need rep anymore since you are supposed to be exalted. Except you can zone into NH without being exalted, you just can't open the door. Story wise you are already exalted with them at this point.
Becoming a Good SuramaritanThe TL;DR: complete the Suramar quest lines and earning reputation with the Nightfallen along the way. Reputation is key, and unlocks quests within the achievement – one quest, A Change of Seasons, won't unlock until you're 20,000 reputation into Revered.
Don't forget that when Kirin Tor is the emissary you can choose a Nightfallen rep reward, and that you can get rep from order hall missions - not just the ones that are specifically for the Nightfallen, but if you 200% it the bonus item will be for a random faction, which could be Nightfallen.
This achievement is for Ancient Mana, a currency exclusive to the level 110 zone Suramar. The base cap of Ancient Mana is 300 and you can raise it up to a total of 2000 by completing particular quests and using up consumable items which all can be found within the zone.
In order to play as Nightborne characters, you must first recruit them to your cause. After meeting the requirements below, head to the Orgrimmar embassy to begin your quest.
If you have the Nightborn disguise from the Suramar questline, the best way to farm Ancient Mana is in Suramar City. Most nodes give between 30-150 Ancient Mana each. I can get to the cap within a few minutes.
This buff is only active during the weekly World Quest Bonus Event and increases the reputation gained from completing World quests in the Broken Isles, Argus, Zandalar and Kul Tiras by 50%.
The Nightborne (also known as "shal'dorei") are denizens of Suramar, ancient night elves who protected themselves from the Sundering by erecting an impenetrable magical barrier after heroically fighting and defeating a major legion invasion through their city by using the Pillars of Creation to seal a demonic portal.
There are a few ways to collect Ancient Mana:
- Mobs drop 1 Ancient Mana when killed and looted.
- The Arcway dungeon mobs drop mana crystals that grant various amounts. Somewhere between 1-12 mana.
- Throughout Suramar you will find (via exploration) ancient mana crystals.
Starting the Suramar campaign requires completion of the Arcan'dor, Gift of the Ancient Magi questline, which starts with A Change of Seasons. This questline is available at 20000/21000 Revered with the Nightfallen.
This requires:
- Complete the first part (Broken Isles Pathfinder, Part One)
- Complete a Legion Invasion in each zone - available the week of April 4th (Defender of the Broken Isles) This has been hotfixed out.
- Explore the Broken Shore (Explore Broken Shore)
- Hit Revered with Armies of Legionfall (Legionfall Commander)
