Weight loss and weight gain aren't side effects of Cosentyx. Fatigue isn't a side effect of Cosentyx. In clinical trials, Cosentyx wasn't shown to cause fatigue. However, other medications used to treat plaque psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis, including ustekinumab (Stelara), can cause fatigue.
There's no known interaction between secukinumab and alcohol.
