Apex Legends Season 5 introduced the battle royale to its newest playable Legend, Loba, along with a number of map and balance changes on May 12. The update is still fresh, which means fans have plenty of time left to grind for all of the new cosmetics that are up for grabs as part of Season 5's Battle Pass.
Bloodhound, Mirage and Wraith are closely behind as there ult provides them a 20–30% speed gain, however they are limited by the usage of their ultimate ability which needs to be charged, whereas Octane can give himself a speed boost constantly with his primary.

Wraith runs much faster during her Ultimate, letting her catch up to her team when falling behind, or pave the way ahead for them to follow via portals. If you have to run from the zone, it's worth activating even if you don't make use of the portals. It'll charge again quickly, so don't worry about wasting it.
The lore of Apex Legends Bloodhound does inadvertently reveal that they are not, in fact, a girl. Bloodhound does conform to standard gender roles and goes by “they”. We don't know much more than that but we can at least confirm that Apex Legends Bloodhound is not actually a girl.

While moving to set the second portal point, Wraith can move much faster than normal, but she can still take damage and cannot shoot, reload, heal, or do anything other than move. The fast movement can still provide a decent escape ability and gap closing ability in a fight.
They do move exactly the same speed. Developers confirmed it on twitter, and it has been tested since. The animation makes them look slower but they actually move the same speed. Caustic is currently in a weak state because his traps disorient his own teammates.
Among the changes are a few buffs for Gibraltar, one of which allows him to revive teammates more quickly while inside his Dome Shield. The new passive affects more than just gameplay, however, it gives Gibraltar a whole new revival animation.
