Digital tickets must be presented within MLB Ballpark or MyTickets Mobile at the stadium. Fans may be asked to "refresh" their ticket in order to prove that it is from the app. Copies of barcodes presented through third-party applications, screenshots or print outs will not be accepted at the ballpark.
All you need is a PayPal account to receive your StubHub payments to your PayPal account, which you can then transfer to your bank account, if you want. To use PayPal to receive your StubHub payments, just set up a PayPal account using the same email address you use for your StubHub account.

If a playoff series game isn't played because the series ended in less games, then refunds will be issued for unplayed game(s). First team to win 3 games wins the series. If a team wins the first 3 games, then games 4 and 5 will not be played. Tickets for those games will be refunded.

If you wish to resell any tickets you've purchased directly from the Cubs, you may do so via your "My Cubs Tickets" account or by visiting StubHub.com, the official ticket resale marketplace of the Chicago Cubs. Tickets may be forwarded via the MLB Ballpark app but resale functionality is not available at this time.
