Diamond Island Location in Paper Mario: The Origami King
- Step 1: The player will need to arrive at Bonehead Island first. Bonehead Island can be found at 5G on the map.
- Step 2: Head to Full Moon Island at 3F.
- Step 3: Head over to Mushroom Islands at F4.
- Step 4: Head to D3 and dive underwater to find Diamond Island.
Find the Thrills at Night CD and have the DJ play it. Gather all 40 faceless toads and go back to the DJ room. You'll start a battle with Hole Punch. Defeat it and destroy the Yellow Streamer.
Islands in the Great Sea with Toad StatuesFull Moon Island, Mushroom Island, & Scuffle Island are the most common ones people skip over. After you interact with each of the 10 Toad Statues, the 10th and final one will reward you with Collectible Treasure No. 80 (Shangri-Spa Toad Statue)!
You can find the Sea Captain Toad immediately in front of the tram. He will be the blue flopping fish in front of the tram's ramp to the right. Hit it with your hammer to transform him back into his original form.
Go to the museum and a cutscene will begin. The game will cut to the dock and Ode will give you the Sea Chart. Set sail again, this time, with a Submarine in tow. This submarine will allow you to go under water and get all the secrets hidden deep within the Great Sea.
To get the bone, head back to the central strip and go right (as if you were heading to the Chain Chomp). Above will be three doors, head to the first door on the left and out the back of the room - this is where the Dry Bones throwing the bone will be located.
The yellow Toad is in a Hidden Block. Mario must repair a Not-Bottomless Hole to reveal two barrels, jump onto those barrels, jump from those barrels onto the third barrel, and jump on top of that barrel to reveal a hidden ? Block that he must hit to reveal the crumpled-up Toad.
Mushroom Island is one of 11 accessible islands in the Great Sea in Paper Mario: The Origami King. It is charted in territory E-4 on the Sea Chart with a Mushroom icon. Notably, it is between Heart Island and Bonehead Island.
Secret Passage Beneath the Tall GrassWalk to the end to fall down to a cave below. Once inside the cave, walk to the right. You'll come across a Toad in the ground. Pull to rescue the Toad and receive a Max UP Heart +5 from the Toad.
At Shogun Studios, use the ship to reach Sweetpaper Valley. Back at the valley, Bobby will tell you his whole story. Inside that locked box is his fuse. He'll use it to sacrifice himself and save Olivia.

Diamond Island is located in the Great Sea area of Paper Mario The Origami King. Heading to the four islands (Spade, Heart, Club, Moon) near the top of the map will allow you to piece together a clue as to where you can find Diamond Island.
There are eight required locations to visit — Bonehead Island, Mushroom Island, Club Island, Spade Island, Heart Island, Crescent Moon Island, and finally Sea Tower Island.
Upon losing its sticker, it also loses its wings and attacks like a regular Paper Macho Koopa Troopa. Mario is then able to hammer the Paper Macho Koopa Paratroopa each time it retracts from its shell to damage and eventually defeat it.
The Great Sea is the largest open area you'll explore while playing Paper Mario The Origami King. There are 11 islands to find, each with toads and collectibles hidden within.
Method #4: Coin Step Counter AccessoryThis special accessory is worth a purchase solely for the extra money you'll earn. The item is sold for 14,000 coins — which is a pretty steep price, but you'll earn your money back if you equip it early. For every 10,000 steps, you'll earn 10,000 coins.
Ice Vellumental Mountain is found in Diamond Island, a sunken island in the Great Sea. After unlocking the island and going inside, the path to the Ice Vellumental Mountain is to the left of the red Trial of Power temple. Destroy the two large snow blocks near the Save Block; then, use the path to walk up the mountain.
After gaining the heart, you'll need to rescue the final Toad, which is inside of the chest – to the right of bush #11. To get there, walk over to the Toad statue and drop onto the ledge below. Then, follow the hidden path toward the right – through the mountain.
Through the Skull DoorWhen you've positioned the torches correctly, walk to the center room and hammer the button on the ground to open the skull door. Walk through the door to enter a small room. Open the chest in the back to earn 100% completion on Bonehead Island by obtaining, Collectible Treasure No.
