Considering where the bulk of laundry is stored and used, it makes sense to put the laundry room near bedrooms. This would cut down on transporting dirty and clean laundry back and forth, and keeps the chore out of sight in the more private part of the home.
Use a stenciled pegboard to cover up an ugly wall.In this situation, there were pipes on the wall so wallpaper or tiles weren't an option. The pegboard also maximized storage because she was able to hang shelves easily.
A laundry room needs at least one 20-amp circuit for receptacles serving laundry equipment; this circuit can supply a clothes washer or a gas dryer. An electric dryer needs its own 30-amp, 240-volt circuit wired with four conductors (older circuits often have three conductors). All receptacles must be GFCI-protected.
Most Dryer manufacturers will mandate a certain amount of ventilation in a closed laundry room or closet. For instance my HE3 Dryer required either 24 sq" of ventilation area or a louvered door.
Building a garage laundry room is a great way to make the most of the space in your garage. Many modern floor plans overlook the need for a generous laundry room. Even if you only use one corner of your garage, you'll have ample space to work with.
While a utility room doesn't need a window, planning laws state that it must be ventilated. “Heat and moisture can quickly build up in a utility room, from the use of appliances such as a tumble drier and from the presence of damp laundry,” explains Steve.
Follow this advice for a laundry area sink sure to make wash day duties easier and help you handle other cleanup chores as well. Adding a sink to the laundry room opens up a whole new dimension in cleaning convenience, letting you easily presoak stained clothes in the same area as the washer and dryer.

At the bottom level, have Luigi blow on the windmill-like device near the door along the left wall. (It's difficult to see, but it's between the torch on the elevator and the locked door.) Catching them requires that you shine the Dark Light on them to weaken them and then use Suction to snag them and then throw them around like your standard ghost. Each Boo should take about two catches before you can put them down for good.
If he chooses right, Luigi will go around the corner. Then Luigi must use the Dark-Light Device to reveal the rest of the path.
