You do it the same way you select display shelves to have their content for sale. Click on the price tag on the business panel and select the pet display. It'll automatically place pets in the display for sale.

Breeding. In The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs, dogs and cats can have litters of 1-3 offspring, depending on space in the household and randomness. To breed two animals, a Sim must first become friends with one of them. The two pets have to be friendly with each other or else one of the pets will just walk away.

When pets are ready to breed, they'll go into the pet house and WooHoo. When the female animal gets pregnant, you'll hear the same sound that plays when a Sim conceives. She'll be pregnant for three days before delivering, just like with Sims. The Sim's pet may give birth to up to four puppies or kittens.
To begin, you'll need at least a female animal; while the order can be given with a male pet, you will not receive the puppies or kittens unless the female is in your active household. Have a human Sim interact with an owned pet and select the "Encourage to Mate With…," then your target.
To do that, you'll need a bathtub or a bathtub/shower combo somewhere in the house. It will gain the command "Wash," followed by your dogs' names. Bathing is free like for humans (you don't have to buy shampoo or anything), but you'll want to watch the action.

To get the pet treats you have to go to a active sim. Then you have to click on your pet after you're on your active sim. Then once you've clicked on your pet go to the tab that says GIVE LOVE then go the tab under that says pet treat and click on it. And that should do it for you.
Caring for a Pet. When it comes to The Sims 4 Pets, caring for your animals has both its good and bad points. While pets have much simpler needs compared to human Sims, you cannot control pets directly. For that matter, you can't click on them to bring up their Need Meters or select them.
Make sure your sim has a wellness treat in their inventory and then use them to click on the sick pet. There should be an option that says something like "feed vet treat" that you can select, and it will bring up a menu where you can pick from any of the vet treats your sim has on them.
NOTE: food and water bowls need to be filled up once a dog has emptied them, you can either get a sim to click on the bowl and select fill or you can store the bowl in your inventory and get it out again and it will refill.
Normally, teens can't WooHoo or get pregnant in The Sims. To “fix” that, some players use mods that allow teen sim romance.
If The Sims can be turned into a reflection of life, then obviously this is not particularly useful if you want your sim to be polyamorous, or even date around before committing. In the original game, sims could be directed equally easily to have a crush on and fall in love with other sims of either gender.
Teenage pregnancies aren't possible in The Sims 4 by default. In the official version of the game, only Young Adults (who are implied to be in their early 20s) and Adults can get pregnant. With the use of mods like Wicked Whims, players can play out their 16 And Pregnant fantasies.
Woohoo Locations in The Sims 4

When a sim has a romantic relationship with another sim, they constantly get the Woohoo in bush option in the pie menu even when there is no bush on the lot. If you choose it, they just shrug their shoulders and it drops from the queue.
Click on the elevator and select WooHoo With to get your Sims to WooHoo in an elevator. Allow your Sims to WooHoo. The WooHoo fireworks will take place outside of where they're WooHooing, and other Sims will gather around to react to it. After they're done, your Sims will gain a memory of the Public WooHoo.
Send the Sims to WooHoo in a photo booth.
- Direct one Sim into the photo booth with Get In.
- Click on their partner and click Ask to Join. (If their partner is selectable, you can just direct them to join.)
- Click on the photo booth and select WooHoo. Other Sims will gather around the booth to react to what's going on.
Click on the closet and select the Woohoo interaction. Notice that it must be the big closet and they must be able to Woohoo. Meaning young adults or older with sufficient romance level.
