And QUESTION TWO: after extensive Google searching, it seems the consensus is that Linear PCM is best for HDMI/5.1/7.1 sound for "lossless" audio, but why is it that Bitstream (Dolby) sounds "best" to me – and I mean "best" because in most games, using that setting has a more "real" surround sound effect.
Just like the regular ol' PS4, PS4 Slim has two USB ports on the front of the console (and none on the back). They're positioned much further apart on the Slim, which is a little odd. On the back is a single port each for power, HDMI, ethernet, and "AUX" (that's where the Camera plugs in).
