To create a multi-package shipment:
- Click the plus sign + next to the Package drop-down in the Configure Shipment Widget.
- Set the dimensions, weight, and insurance option for the first package.
- Click Add Package to add another package, or click Duplicate to add a package with the same shipping options.
To do this:
- open either order from the order details screen. You should see all the items that were combined when you did the combine shipment action.
- Check the box for “split-ship mode” and select the item(s) from the other order.
- Click the Move to New Shipment button.
Combining Amazon orders together into one order is quick and easy. Simply purchase the label on one item (or multiple), then use the 'Confirm shipment' button on the other. The items you combine into one order are from the same Amazon Fulfillment Center. Your orders get shipped to the same address.
To cancel, you may do so by 1) accessing your online account or 2) calling Provider customer support at 1-512-485-4282, Monday - Friday, during business hours, other than major holidays.
How to view Shipment details (including tracking number) in ShipStation Mobile. Tap a Shipment in the Shipment list to open its details. The tracking number is the first detail listed. Tap the clipboard icon next to the tracking number to copy it and paste it elsewhere.
ShipStation allows you to set custom automation rules, whereas Shippo doesn't support advanced automation. Shippo provides discounted shipping rates for selected US-outbound shipping services, whereas ShipStation provides discounted options for both international and domestic shipping.
Reprint from Order or Shipment DetailsClick the Print menu in the top right of the Details screen and choose Label. ShipStation will pop up an alert to let you know this label has already been printed. Click Yes, Reprint if you want to proceed reprinting the label.
To create labels for multiple orders in a batch:
- Select the orders to include in your batch.
- Enter your package information.
- Confirm your Sender and Return Addresses.
- Review rates for each order.
- Make changes to the batch before purchase.
- Purchase the batch of labels.
- Download Labels and Packing Slips.
- Send notification emails.
Select the order or shipment in the Orders or Shipments grid, or open the Order or Shipment Details. Click the Print menu. Click the arrow next to the document type you wish to print. The printer selection pop-up screen will appear so you can select a different printer to print this document to.
Log into ShipStation and ShipStation Connect with the same username and password. This will need to be a user with administrator privileges in ShipStation. Go to Settings > Printing > ShipStation Connect . Check the Shared box for any device you want to make available to other users on your ShipStation account.
Configure Individual Orders
- Select your Ship From location, if different from the default selection.
- Enter in the weight of the shipment.
- Select a Service from the drop-down menu.
- Select a Package type from the drop-down menu.
- Enter in package dimensions, if necessary.
- Select a Delivery Confirmation option if necessary.
You can print from ShipStation in two ways: Using ShipStation Connect or using a PDF viewer. The most efficient way to print is with ShipStation Connect. This requires ShipStation Connect to be installed and running on the printer workstation (the computer your printer is directly connected to).
Go to your Devices & Printers Control Panel. Right-click your printer. You should see both Printing Preferences and Printer Properties in the contextual menu. Check the paper size (sometimes called Media size) in Printing Preferences to ensure it corresponds to your label layout from ShipStation.

Tags are a versatile part of the ShipStation workflow. They can be used in numerous combinations to help you accomplish specific tasks and make your shipping process as efficient as possible. Identify orders that contain tagged products or customers.
To manually remove an order from being on hold:
- Go to the On Hold status and select the order(s).
- Click the Remove Hold button.
- Click Yes, Remove Hold in the confirmation window. ShipStation will then return the order to the Awaiting Shipment status if ready to ship or the Awaiting Payment status if unpaid.
Steps:
- From your Shopify admin, click Products, Transfers, Customers, Blog posts, or Draft Orders.
- Check the product, transfer, customer, blog post, or draft order you want to tag.
- Click Add tags or Remove tags.
- Click the tags that you want to add or remove.
- Click Save.
Under "Combined shipping discounts," you can offer a flat shipping rule, which would set a base rate for the first item purchased, and then a smaller amount for each additional item.
Go to Orders - opens in new window or tab. Check the box beside any orders that need to be combined.
To do this from My eBay:
- Go to the Sold - opens in new window or tab section.
- Select the items you want to combine into a single invoice.
- Add the new shipping charge.
- From the Actions menu, select Send Invoice.
Combined shipping costs give buyers a shipping discount for ordering multiple items from your shop. We'll then add the "each additional item" cost to the remaining listings to determine the order's shipping total.
1. Please choose items from the same suppliers and add them to your Shopping Cart. 2. Choose the same shipping method and these products will be combined automatically.
Calculated shipping rulesAutomatically combine the weights of the items in one package and subtract a weight amount (in ounces). For example, if a buyer purchases 3 items that weigh 4 lb each, you can set up a rule that combines the items in one 12 lb package, and automatically deducts 16 oz from the total weight.
To create bulk listings with the new listing tool.
- Select Edit all options beside Pricing.
- Select Buy It Now.
- Select Quantity and enter the number of items you're selling.
- Complete the rest of your listing and select Done.
How to send an invoice on eBay
- Go to eBay's homepage log in, and then hover over the "My eBay" link at the top right and select "Selling" from the dropdown menu.
- Hover over the "Orders" link under "Seller Hub" and then select "Awaiting payment."
- Click the words "Send Invoice" on the order in question.
Here's how to void a shipping label you printed on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
- Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void.
- Choose your reason for voiding the label.
- Select Void shipping label.
