To test connectivity with a host on a network or internetwork, use the PING utility.

Test Outlook for connectivity issues
- Go to the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer.
- On the left, select Exchange Server.
- Select Outlook Connectivity.
- Enter the following:
- Select Use Autodiscover to detect server settings.
- Under Verification, complete the CAPTCHA, then select Verify.
From the menu select Settings > Services & add-ins. Find Microsoft Teams and then enable External Apps. Set Allow external app in Microsoft Teams to On. Restart Microsoft Teams and then try searching for Dynamics 365 again in the Microsoft Teams app store.
Try rebooting the Microsoft Teams app or your Windows 10 PC or Mac computer and check if you can change your status successfully. Some users said that they can go back to being Available after restarting the app three times or more.
