Intel HD4000 isn't a card, it's part of the processor, it cannot be replaced. In laptops you're pretty much stuck with whatever graphics card/solution came with the laptop in the first place. The very few that have replaceable graphics cards are very limited in what they can be upgraded to.

The total available graphics memory in Intel HD Graphics 4000 is around 1007 MB. And it can maximum shared memory around 1975 MB (1.9 GB).
