Is it difficult or an easy exam? GMAT is taken by more than 200,000 people annually and only 6% of the total GMAT takers score 720 or more. What we can understand from these data points is that GMAT is a hard exam and it takes effort to score 700+ on the GMAT.
I think GMAC has publicly admitted that one can expect +/- 30 points difference on the real GMAT. This was true for me as my performance on the real test was within the range of my official mock results.
So how many GMAT mocks should you take and how often? Apart from the first mock test that you take right in the beginning, you should plan to take at least 2 mock tests towards the end of your preparation. You may take more mock tests if time permits. You should have a minimum of 3 days between 2 mock tests.

Who can apply for a GMAT fee waiver? Everyone can apply for a GMAT fee waiver. However, the applicants cannot directly apply for this waiver. Instead, GMAC leaves it up to the schools (undergrad schools/business schools) to request for test fee waiver for their students.

How To Analyse Your Mock Test
- Write a Mock Test: This is the most difficult part to do.
- Analyse your performance: Analysing doesn't only mean checking your score and then aiming for better scores in the next mock.
- Solve the test again: Solve each and every question again.
- Study again: Now your entire focus should be on weak areas.

A GMAT score between 650 and 690 is good, and a score of 700 or higher is great, MBA experts say. Business school applicants who are trying to increase their odds of getting into their dream school should understand that their score on the Graduate Management Admission Test is an important factor.

Day 1-12:
- Revise the basic concepts covered in the GMAT exam syllabus.

A perfect score on the GMAT is very rare. Only about 30 people per year—out of 200,000 test-takers from over 100 countries—get an 800 on the GMAT. This number remains fairly consistent from year to year. What's more, it's probable that not all 30 of these test-takers are students.
To answer your question, no you will not see a repeat question on the multiple choice section of the GMAT. That's why they make you wait a month between tests, so they have time to flush all the old questions out of the test bank and ensure that you will see 100% new questions..
But a majority of Manhattan GMAT reviews on GMAT forums seem to indicate that the MGMAT tests are slightly tougher than the actual GMAT i.e. the real GMAT scores have been higher than the practice test scores. So you can take the same tests again and have a different experience and score.
So, there is absolutely no difference when it comes to GMAT online and in-center scoring. The section scores and total scores, along with percentiles and score scales remain the same for both the exams. And that is not all.
The number of questions you answered correctly in Verbal and Quant is then turned into a score of 0-60 in each section. Finally, these 0-60 scores are combined and scaled to give you your overall score on a 200-800 scale.
In terms of our scoring, many of our students report scores that are +/- 30 points from their actual GMAT test and so are a relatively good indicator of their performance. That said, no practice test can perfectly replicate the actual score algorithm, but this is quite close.
