Connect to mobile broadband
- If you do not have a built-in 3G modem, connect your phone or Internet stick to a USB port on your computer.
- Open the system menu from the right side of the top bar.
- Select Mobile Broadband Off.
- Select Connect.

If you are having an issue accessing the internet try the following suggestions: Ensure the USB is plugged in correctly. Unplug the USB and plug it into a different USB port. Uninstall the Mobile Broadband Manager and restart the computer, plug the USB in and reinstall the Mobile Broadband Manager.

How to Reset a USB Wireless Adapter
- Click the "Start" button on your task bar.
- Open "Control Panel."

To update a dongle, please follow the following instructions:
- Run the Licence Manager software.
- Insert the USB dongle you wish to update.
- Click on the USB Dongle ID in the Installed Licences list.
