Tap in the bottom right of Facebook. Scroll down and tap Settings & Privacy > Settings. In the Account Settings section, tap Personal Information > Email Address. Tap the email address you'd like to remove, then tap Remove.
Select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings. Click Contact in the General tab. Click Remove next to the email you'd like to remove. If you've clicked Remove next to the wrong email, you can click Undo to keep the email.
Click the arrow in the upper-right corner of your news feed and select "Account Settings." Your email address is listed under General Account Settings.
Unfortunately, there is no way to directly contact Facebook – you can't call, text, email, or otherwise speak to an employee or affiliate of Facebook. You can, however, use Facebook's Help Center to diagnose and report a problem with your account. Review the options toolbar.
How to delete a Gmail account

How do I finish creating my Facebook account and confirm my email or mobile phone number?
- To confirm your mobile number, enter the code you get via text message (SMS) in the Confirm box that shows up when you log in.
- To confirm your email, click or tap the link in the email you got when you created the account.

To recover an old account:
- Go to the profile of the account you'd like to recover.
- Click below the cover photo.
- Select Find support or report profile.

The email might be in your spam folder or have been blocked.In some cases, the spam filtering system on your email client might have misidentified the automated "Reset Your Password" email as being spam. Try checking the "Spam" folder in your email inbox.
If you want to contact Facebook, you'll first need to log into your account. Then look up at the top right corner of the screen. There, you'll see a little question mark inside a dark circle. Click it, then from the dropdown menu, select "Report a Problem."
To change your Facebook email address on the mobile app:
- Open the Facebook app on your Android or iOS device.
- Select the three-line menu icon.
- Tap Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Tap Personal Information > Contact Info > Add Email Address.
- Type your email address in the Add an additional email address box > Add email.
Click in the top right of Facebook. Select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings. Click Username. Enter your new username and your password, then click Save Changes.
